Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 12:00 CET will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Spain (Peninsula & Balearic Islands)
  • Standard (2–5 business days): €2.99
  • Express (1–4 business days): €3.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over €50
  • Note: Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may require customs documentation and can take slightly longer.

European Union (EU)

  • Standard (3–7 business days): €3.99
  • Express (2–5 business days): €5.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over €80
  • VAT is included in all prices for EU customers. No customs duties apply within the EU.

International (Non-EU)

  • Standard (4–10 business days): €9.99
  • Express (2–7 business days): €12.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over €120
  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These are collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. The United Kingdom is treated as a non-EU destination.

Delivery Issues

Marked delivered but not received:

If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your building concierge first. If it is still missing after 24 hours, please contact us within 7 days.

Damaged in transit:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photos of the box and the product. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Address Changes & Refusals

Changes & Cancellations:

We can edit or cancel an order only before it has shipped. Please email our support team immediately with your order number.

Undeliverable Packages:

Parcels that are refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost once received by our warehouse. Reshipments may incur a new shipping fee.
